Meet Tina and her writing experience!

Tell Us about your writing experience.

I was a librarian for 13 years, then got certified as a health coach. Combining my love of reading and research with health and wellness brought me where I am today as a freelance health and wellness writer.

Who is your favorite author and/or book?

One of my favorite books is  You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. This is one book I always refer back to when I'm having challenges with my mental or physical state.

What are your favorite topics to write about?

My favorite topics to write about are health and wellness, of course! Within that field, I love writing about mental health, stress, high sensitivity, introversion, and nutrition. 

Tell me a fun fact about yourself.

I did a lot of overseas travel in my 30s, visiting Iceland, China, Thailand, Moscow, and St. Petersburg, Russia.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I like to read, hike, watch Hallmark movies, take short trips to New England and hang out with friends and family.
